I really don't like poor service and costs. And in many industries which have been going for many many years, the should certainly be no excuse.

But time and again, even well established companies offer the standard of service that might be expected from a novice.

When will companies learn that you do NOT cut costs to match the service; you MUST offer the appropriate level of service whatever the costs!
